Robotics Instructor / Robotics Trainer Job Type:

- About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Robotics Instructor / Robotics Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting robotics and STEM-based classes in schools and delivering practical, curriculum-oriented learning to students.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of Robotics, Electronics, Microcontrollers, Sensors, IoT and Artificial Intelligence, along with the ability to effectively teach and engage school students.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct robotics and STEM classes in schools as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach students practical concepts related to Robotics, Electronics, IoT and Artificial Intelligence.
- Explain and demonstrate the working of electronic components such as:
- ESP32, Microcontrollers ,Sensors,Motors and motor drivers,LEDs and other electronic components, Basic electronic circuits Guide students in building and programming robotics projects.
- Conduct hands-on activities, experiments and project-based learning sessions.
- Introduce students to Internet of Things (IoT) concepts and applications.
- Teach basic concepts of Artificial Intelligence and automation in an age-appropriate manner.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software and connectivity issues during practical sessions.
- Maintain proper classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment. Assess students' understanding and provide feedback on their projects and activities.
- Prepare and organize required components, kits and teaching materials before classes.



Coordinate with school management and the internal team regarding class schedules and curriculum requirements.
- Maintain regular records of classes, student participation and project progress. Participate in teacher training, workshops and internal training sessions when required.
- Travel to assigned schools to conduct classes.
- Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, or another relevant engineering/technical discipline. Candidates from other relevant technical backgrounds with solid robotics and teaching experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching/training experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of robotics, electronics and microcontrollers. Practical experience with ESP32, sensors and basic embedded systems is preferred. Knowledge of IoT, Artificial Intelligence and programming is an added advantage.
- Good communication and classroom management skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Willingness to travel to schools as part of the role.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
