TECH SUPPORT HELPDESK ASSOCIATE

Role & Responsibilities :

Handle incoming queries and support requests from Users and provide suitable resolution

Identify the actual cause of problem or ask right probing questions to arrive at possible causes

Ensure a satisfactory closure or with a response for followup

Should be able to judge timelines for escalations and handle conversations with senior hierarchy at both sides

Should be able to work on ticket systems and manage support desk email

Ticket management is largely on telephone calls, Candidate is expected to communicate with end users over phone for taking detailed info.

Place of Work : Onsite, from our office at Uttarahalli Bangalore

Qualification :

Degree in any discipline, final year or pursuing candidates can be considered if other criteria has good matches
