Job Title : Tech Lead / Voice AI Architect

We are looking for a Tech Lead / Voice AI Architect to design and lead scalable, production-grade Voice AI solutions covering ASR, NLU/LLMs, Dialogue Management, TTS, and Telephony integrations. The ideal candidate should have robust experience building low-latency voice pipelines and large-scale voicebot deployments.

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end Voice AI architecture: ASR → LLM/NLU → Dialogue → TTS → Telephony
- Design scalable, low-latency voice pipelines targeting sub-1.5s response time
- Evaluate and optimize ASR/TTS platforms and build-vs-buy decisions




- Lead Voice AI/ML engineering teams and mentor engineers
- Drive production accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost optimization

Skills:

- ASR: Whisper, Deepgram, Google STT, Azure Speech
- LLMs, RAG, Function Calling & Fine-tuning
- TTS & Conversational AI / Voicebots
- SIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Exotel, Ozonetel
- Production Voice AI & Telephony Integrations
- Hindi/Hinglish, English & Arabic speech handling
- Latency & cost optimization
- 5000+ live calls/day at production scale

Good to Have: Alexa/Cortana/Google Assistant or Voice AI startup experience, Arabic ASR/TTS, and 2+ years of production Generative AI experience.
