: Senior Java / Full-Stack Developer

- Experience: 5–7 years

Core Mandatory Skills To be considered for this role, you must have hands-on experience in:
- Backend: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate / JPA
- Cloud & DevOps: OpenShift / Kubernetes
- Databases: NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.)

Key Responsibilities
- Development: Build, scale, and maintain robust web applications using Spring Boot and ReactJS.
- Maintenance: Support existing applications by troubleshooting, bug-fixing, upgrading, and modifying features.
- Collaboration: Work directly with business stakeholders to define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- DevOps & Reliability: Maintain the OpenShift stack, optimize deployment pipelines, and continuously improve overall application reliability.

Technical Requirements Backend & Cloud Architecture

- Java Stack: Deep proficiency in Java 8, REST APIs, and the Spring Ecosystem (Spring Security, Integration, Batch, Data, Cloud, and Spring Boot).
- Microservices: Proven experience building cloud-native applications and microservices.




- Cloud/Containerization: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically OpenShift or Kubernetes.

Frontend & UI

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), and AngularJS / ReactJS.

Data Management

- RDBMS: Robust proficiency in MySQL, MariaDB, or other relational databases.
- ORM: Experience with JPA (Java Persistence API), Hibernate, or MyBatis.
- NoSQL: Hands-on experience with databases like DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, or HBase.

CI/CD & Tools

- Version Control: Git and Bitbucket.
- DevOps Automation: Strong knowledge of automated build pipelines using Jenkins (with Groovy scripting).
- OS: Comfortable working in a Unix / Linux environment.

Qualifications & Soft Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Methodology: Experience working within an Agile development environment.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with a proven ability to read, write, and interpret complex technical requirements.
