- What You’ll Do

- Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with business and product goals
- Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing engineering team across Backend, Frontend, MLOps, DevOps and QA
- Drive the architecture and development of scalable AI/ML products
- Own engineering initiatives from concept through deployment and iteration
- Make key technology and build-vs-buy decisions
- Establish engineering KPIs and drive improvements in reliability,



performance and quality
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science and Design teams

- What We’re Looking For

✔ 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles

✔

- Solid expertise in AI/ML systems and cloud platforms –
- AWS/GCP/Azure

✔
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Java or similar

✔
- Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed systems and data infrastructure

✔
- Proven experience building and scaling engineering teams

✔

Experience in a product-based company, preferably AI/ML, SaaS or technology products

✔

- Startup/scale-up experience is an advantage

✔
- Exposure to LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
