Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering / management / data Analytics (preferred)
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in:
- Aftersales / Technical support / Warranty / MIS reporting
- Automotive industry preferred
Skills:
- Robust proficiency in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and MIS tools
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred)
- Understanding of automotive systems, warranty processes, and field failure tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with high data accuracy orientation
