Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and core HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
