Your Profile

- Lead end-to-end Siemens Teamcenter upgrade projects, including assessment, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Define upgrade strategies, technical roadmaps, environment planning, and risk mitigation approaches.

- Analyze existing Teamcenter landscapes and identify upgrade impacts across customizations, integrations, workflows, and data models.

- Lead system compatibility assessments for Teamcenter, Active Workspace, CAD integrations, operating systems, databases, and application servers.

- Coordinate upgrade activities across business, technical, infrastructure, and support teams.

- Develop upgrade runbooks, deployment plans, rollback strategies, and cutover procedures.

- Drive solution validation through unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Review and remediate Teamcenter customizations, BMIDE extensions, workflows, and reports to ensure compatibility with target versions.

- Manage environment refreshes, migration activities, and production deployment schedules.

- Troubleshoot upgrade-related issues and provide technical leadership throughout project execution.

- Ensure adherence to governance, security, performance, and compliance standards.

- Provide guidance and mentoring to development, support, and administration teams.

Your Role





- Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years of hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM.

- Solid experience leading Teamcenter upgrade, migration, and modernization programs.

- Deep expertise in Teamcenter architecture, installation, configuration, administration, and deployment methodologies.

- Strong understanding of Teamcenter Data Model, BMIDE, Active Workspace, Workflow Designer, Change Management, Classification, and Product Structure Management.

- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter upgrades across multiple versions and upgrade assessment methodologies.

- Experience with customizations using ITK, SOA, RAC, Active Workspace, and Teamcenter extension frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter environment architecture, application servers, databases, and infrastructure components.

- Experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases, including upgrade validation and performance optimization.

- Expertise in Teamcenter deployment tools, automation scripting, and configuration management.

- Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems, SAP, MES platforms, and CAD tools such as NX, CATIA, Creo, and SolidWorks.

- Strong knowledge of Java, C++, SQL, XML, REST APIs, Web Services, and enterprise integration technologies.

- Experience leading technical design reviews, upgrade assessments, troubleshooting sessions,



and production deployments.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, estimation, and leadership skills.

- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery environments.
