1. Scale Up Leads pertaining to West Geography
2. Establish Lead/Demand Generating Partner ( LGP ) presence in assigned geography
- Identify New LGPs
- On-board Current LGPs

- Drive efficiency improvement programs with LGPs to scale up numbers from LGPs
- Interlock with the Regional Sales team to identify opportunities to scale up as well as solve issues pertaining to Demand Generation Operations

Skills Experience of setting up Lead /Demand Generating Partners (at least 1 years).

1 year plus experience in Demand Generation and 1 year plus experience in Sales

Qualification B. E, B, Tech with MBA Overall Work Experience 8-10 Years of Work Experience Behavioural Attributes

Drive for Results, Drive for Operational Efficiency improvement, Good communication, Business development capability and Analytics
