PaisaBazaar is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader Tele Sales to join our Personal Loan team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in sales-driven BFSI/BPO environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Tele Sales Executives.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the Personal Loan business.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Ensure effective lead management and maximum conversion of assigned leads.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in resolving complex cases.
- Implement sales strategies to improve team performance and achieve business targets.
- Track key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and sales processes.
- Train and develop team members to improve their sales and communication skills.

Eligibility & Requirements:





- Prior experience in Team Handling / Team Leadership in a Tele Sales setting.
- Candidates from BFSI or BPO backgrounds are preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and target-driven environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
- Telugu language proficiency is mandatory for this role.
- Experience in Personal Loans / Banking / Financial Services will be an added advantage.

Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off
