We're not filling a role. We're handing someone a vertical. ? At LawSikho / SkillArbitrage, we're building something new — and we need one sharp, hungry sales leader to own it from Day 1.

Here's the deal (and yes, it's different):

? You start as an Individual Contributor — prove the model, close deals, build the playbook

? Hit ₹10L/month in revenue → you unlock your Team Leader title officially





? You then hire, train & scale your own team of freshers

You're the right fit if you:

✅ Have 1–2 years in sales leadership / team management
