Job Location: Vashi

Experience: 5+ Years

Responsibilities

Training recent sales team members, assigning specific tasks to other sales team members and monitoring the team's sales performance.

Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions. (Solving team members &

customer queries, & guiding team members on how to fulfil customer requirements)

Writing reports for Regional Manager. (giving weekly and monthly reports to cluster head and regional manager about sales revenue, team performance, future plans & improvement areas)

Assisting team members with the selling of our products and services which will maximize the sales revenue.





Providing the sales team with constructive feedback and assisting team members in solving customer problems and queries

Maintaining positive & healthy customer relations.

Motivating the sales team members and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team.

Maintaining and building good and healthy relations with our business partners for future growth.

Create an inspiring team environment that will motivate the team members to do their tasks.

Giving sales guidance to a team member on how to achieve the monthly organizational expected target.
