Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – Customer Engagement to manage a team of Relationship Managers and drive sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across Retail and HNI segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers.
- Achieve sales, revenue and new customer acquisition targets.
- Drive Mutual Fund and Wealth product sales to Retail/HNI clients.
- Coach and mentor RMs for lead conversion and target achievement.
- Develop relationships with HNI/NRI investors.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and business planning.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and client retention.





Candidate Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience with team handling.
- Robust experience in Mutual Funds / Wealth Management.
- Exposure to Retail, HNI and NRI clients.
- Strong sales leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Master’s Degree; MBA Marketing/Finance preferred.
