Role Description The Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar.

The Team

Leader will oversee day-to-day project activities, coordinate tasks among team members, and monitor progress to ensure work is completed on time and in line with quality and safety standards. This role includes assigning responsibilities, providing guidance and support, resolving operational issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and management.

Leader will contribute to planning and execution of construction and infrastructure projects, prepare basic reports,



and help implement process improvements. The position requires active presence on site to supervise operations, foster collaboration, and uphold Cayana’s values of integrity and trust.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, including delegation, motivation, and performance monitoring.
- Project coordination and planning abilities, such as scheduling, resource allocation, and basic project documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with team members, supervisors, customers, and partners.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address on-site challenges and maintain project continuity.
- Knowledge of construction or infrastructure project workflows, safety practices, and quality standards (experience in real estate or infrastructure is an advantage).
- Ability to work in office in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with basic office and project tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation software); exposure to project management tools is beneficial.
