Role Overview The team lead- Inventory will be responsible for end-to-end warehouse execution covering returns and inventory control. The role requires robust operational discipline, people management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure SLA adherence, productivity improvement, and loss control.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory

- Monitor net shrink and net dump value
- Conduct daily inventory and asset audits
- Track stock ageing and drive corrective actions

Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate the outbound and inventory teams
- Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, and City Ops teams for issue resolution
- Ensure SOP adherence and continuous process improvement

What Were Looking For

- 47 years experience in warehouse / supply chain operation
- Strong exposure to inbound, outbound, and inventory control
- Experience in FMCG, F&V;, e-commerce, or agri supply chain preferred
- Good people management and problem-solving skills
