Position: Procure to Pay (P2P) Team Lead

Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Shift: Night Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Procure to Pay (P2P) team to ensure smooth and timely processing of transactions.
- Oversee end-to-end P2P operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, purchase order compliance, and payment processing.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Handle escalations, resolve process-related issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Conduct regular reviews, team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance feedback discussions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payment and procurement-related queries.
- Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and present insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, controls, and financial regulations.




- Support audits and maintain accurate documentation of all transactions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ year of Team Lead experience on papers in Procure to Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations.
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, PO management, and payment cycles.
- Excellent people management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar finance systems.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
