Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve daily targets and goals.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, internal stakeholders, and other teams.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

- 2-8 years of experience in international voice process or US/UK process.

- Robust leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team remotely.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Proficiency in monitoring tools such as call recordings, reports, etc.
