Role Description The Team Lead role at Pickyourtrail is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Team

Lead will oversee a group of travel consultants or operations associates, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and in line with company standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing guidance and coaching, resolving escalated customer issues, and coordinating workflow to meet service and sales targets. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing process gaps,



and implementing improvements to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.

The Team

Lead will also participate in reporting, training new team members, and maintaining a positive and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

- Team leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle escalations and ensure high-quality interactions.
- Organizational and analytical skills to manage workflows, track metrics, and identify process improvements.
- Basic knowledge of travel planning or interest in the travel and tourism industry, with an ability to learn destination details quickly.
- Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools, and comfort working with data in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, tourism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role in customer-facing or operations environments is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, with flexibility to manage peak travel seasons and changing business needs.
