? P&C; Insurance experience mandatory

? 2+ years Team Handling experience on paper is mandatory

? Max CTC: ₹7.5 LPA (based on last CTC + applicable hike)

? Key Requirements

• Proven experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance

• Experience in Underwriting and/or Claims is preferred

• Minimum 2+ years of team-handling experience must be reflected in official employment records

- Strong people management, leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Valuable knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint

- Ability to understand complex documents and reports
- Experience supporting onshore teams and handling queries
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify/report irregularities

• Insurance certification such as INS/LM is an added advantage
