What are we looking for?
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role
(Mandatory)
4–5 years of experience in inbound sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or sales industry
Experience managing remote or work-from-home teams is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion strategies, and customer handling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
