Team Lead – Digital Sales & Telemarketing

Job Purpose : To head, mentor, and drive the Digital Telesales / Telemarketing team for the Goa region. The Team Lead will monitor outbound/inbound operations, ensure high-conversion room bookings, promote vacation packages, manage customer CRM data, and actively guide executives to hit strict monthly sales targets

Job Requirements & Specifications

- Experience: Minimum 2 to 8 years of transparent experience in Telemarketing / Telesales roles, with at least 1 year serving in a leadership or senior capacity within the hospitality or service sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficient hands-on knowledge of hotel CRM software, central reservation workflows, telephone handling systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Soft Skills: Exceptionally strong communication and negotiation skills in English. Must possess a cool-tempered attitude capable of handling rejection under high-pressure targets.
- Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc. / BA / BHM) in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business is a strong advantage

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
