Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes.

- Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Train and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Foster a culture of professionalism and respect within the team.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in collections or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of collections principles, practices, and regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Solid analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools.
