Job Title: IT Contract Staffing Team Lead (812 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Contract Staffing Team Lead with 8–12 years of experience managing contract staffing operations, client delivery, and recruitment teams. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT hiring, team management, stakeholder management, and driving recruitment delivery against business goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters handling contract staffing requirements.
- Own end-to-end delivery for IT contract staffing mandates across multiple technologies and skill sets.
- Understand client requirements, define sourcing strategies, and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
- Manage daily recruitment operations including sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding, and closures.
- Allocate requirements among team members and track progress against SLAs and delivery targets.
- Mentor, coach, and guide recruiters to improve productivity, quality of submissions, and closure ratios.
- Conduct regular review meetings, track recruitment metrics, and provide performance updates to leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, account managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle escalations related to candidate quality, delivery timelines, onboarding, and compliance.




- Drive recruitment strategies for niche and high-volume technology requirements.
- Monitor market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, documentation, compliance, and ATS/CRM updates.
- Support hiring forecasts, workforce planning, and business growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8–12 years of experience in IT Contract Staffing / Technical Recruitment.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience managing or leading recruitment teams.
- Solid experience handling contract staffing models (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, C2C, W2, Permanent hiring).
- Proven experience delivering IT talent across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Testing, SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise technologies.
- Robust understanding of IT skill requirements and ability to assess candidate profiles.
- Experience managing client requirements, SLAs, and recruitment delivery metrics.
- Strong experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Experience handling enterprise clients and high-priority requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment.Role & responsibilities
