Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Teacher Talent Partnerships Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role is responsible for building and strengthening partnerships with colleges, universities, teacher training institutes, and other teacher talent sources across India to create a sustainable teacher hiring pipeline. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the Campus Hiring and Lateral Recruitment teams to support teacher hiring initiatives and ensure timely fulfilment of recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teacher Talent Partnerships

- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with teacher training institutes, universities, colleges, and other talent partners across India.
- Develop long-term partnerships to strengthen the teacher talent pipeline.
- Conduct regular outreach through emails, calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.

1. Campus Engagement

- Coordinate campus hiring drives, placement activities, career fairs, seminars, and recruitment events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for placement officers and institutional representatives.




- Promote K12 Techno Services and ORCHIDS The International School as an employer of choice.

1. Recruitment Coordination

- Work closely with the Campus Hiring and Lateral Recruitment teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment activities with institutes and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

1. Stakeholder Management

- Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers and external educational institutions.
- Maintain regular communication with partner institutes and provide timely updates on hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute hiring initiatives effectively.

1. Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of partner institutes, outreach activities, hiring pipelines, and recruitment metrics.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Analyse recruitment data and recommend improvements to enhance hiring outcomes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Marketing is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Campus Relations, HR Operations, Partnerships, Business Development, or a related function.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for campus engagement and recruitment events when required.
