Primary Responsibilities

Managing the Pre-Primary section of the learning center

Teaching and engaging the pre- primary kids at the center through effective implementation of the course curriculum.

Monitoring and tracking the learning and development progress of the enrolled students and introducing creative ways for their continuous improvement

Analyzing student performance data and providing feedback to parents for their improvement.

Mobilization of community to enroll students to pre-school.

Promoting our pre-school in the village.

Attending capacity building sessions

Conducting LUYM surveys and sessions

Requirement-

Should have prior experience of teaching pre-primary level kids.





Preference will be given to those who have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education /Nursery Teacher Training or related field.

Remuneration: 12,000 – 15,000/month

Location: Jharkhand (Sukurhuttu - Kanke Block)
