The Associate - Master Data Management (SAP MM)



will be responsible for maintaining and governing Material Master Data across global operations. The role involves creation, maintenance, and enrichment of master data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards. The associate will collaborate with business stakeholders to support master data processes and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Act as a Data Steward for Material Master Data governance activities.
- Maintain Material Master Data at a global level while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Create, update, amend, and maintain Material Master records in SAP.
- Create, modify, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Create and maintain Contracts within SAP.
- Perform data enrichment activities to improve data quality and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with master data standards, policies, and governance requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and update master data information.
- Resolve master data-related queries and support issue resolution activities.
- Support master data lifecycle management processes across business functions.
- Ensure high-quality data maintenance while adhering to defined SLAs and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
