We are looking for a hands-on TBM Implementation Consultant to join our Hyderabad team and support customer implementations, configuration, cost modeling, reporting, and adoption.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on implementation role for someone who understands Technology Business Management, IT Financial Management, enterprise cost data, allocation models, chargeback/showback, and Apptio-style configuration.

You will work closely with customers, product, engineering, and customer success teams to configure the Yarken platform, onboard customer data, define allocation logic, validate reporting outputs, and help customers get value from the platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys implementation, configuration, data problem-solving, and turning complex technology finance data into explicit, trusted reporting.

What You’ll Do

Implementation & Configuration

- Configure the Yarken platform based on customer requirements, workflows, reporting needs, and business objectives.
- Support end-to-end TBM / ITFM implementation activities.
- Work with customer data including GL, labor, assets, applications, services, vendors, projects, cost centers, business units, and organizational hierarchies.
- Build and validate allocation, chargeback, and showback models.
- Support mapping logic across towers, sub-towers, services, applications, business units, and cost centers.
- Validate reports,



dashboards, and outputs before customer review.

Customer & Stakeholder Support

- Work with customer teams across Finance, IT, Procurement, Operations, and business functions.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into configuration and implementation steps.
- Support workshops, onboarding sessions, implementation reviews, and adoption discussions.
- Explain implementation logic clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Help customers improve cost transparency, allocation accuracy, reporting quality, and governance.

Data, Reporting & Governance

- Analyze customer data quality issues and support remediation.
- Support TBM reporting across towers, services, applications, projects, vendors, business units, and cost centers.
- Document configuration logic, mapping rules, implementation decisions, and repeatable playbooks.
- Troubleshoot reporting gaps, allocation issues, and data inconsistencies.
- Create implementation documentation that can be reused across customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Product and Engineering to clarify requirements, validate edge cases, and improve platform capabilities.
- Work with Customer Success to improve adoption and value realization.
- Support Sales and Solutions teams during demos, pilots, and proof-of-concepts when needed.
- Share customer feedback that can improve workflows, reports, integrations, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.

What We’re Looking For





- 5+ years of experience in TBM, ITFM, technology finance, cost transparency, implementation consulting, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Apptio TBM, Apptio Cost Transparency, ApptioOne, TBM Studio, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of allocation logic, chargeback, showback, service costing, application costing, and enterprise technology cost reporting.
- Experience working with data such as GL, labor, assets, applications, services, vendors, projects, cost centers, and business units.
- Ability to configure platforms, validate outputs, troubleshoot data issues, and explain results clearly.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and internal product / engineering teams.
- Clear communication, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Hyderabad office.

Nice to Have

- Experience with TBM taxonomy, ATUM, service costing, application costing, or IT tower reporting.
- Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, ERP, procurement, or IT financial systems.
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data/reporting tools.
- Prior consulting, implementation, customer success, or solution delivery experience in enterprise SaaS.
