WOTC Assistant Manager Roles - Oversee the complete WOTC claim lifecycle, including pre-screening, certification requests, documentation review, and claim submission processes.
Ensure timely processing of IRS Form 8850 and supporting documentation.
Monitor certification status and resolve complex eligibility issues.
Manage escalations related to claim denials, audits, and compliance concerns.
