This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Task & Process Mining Analyst - Healthcare Claims based in India.

Accountabilities

- Deploy and configure process mining solutions to analyze event-log data from healthcare claims systems and reconstruct end-to-end workflows.
- Use task mining to capture and analyze desktop-level interactions across claims intake, validation, adjudication, remittance, denial management, and related processes.
- Identify process variants, bottlenecks, rework loops, manual touchpoints, compliance deviations, and other operational inefficiencies.
- Build and maintain process mining dashboards, conformance models, and performance views to support continuous process monitoring.
- Create objective, data-driven as-is process documentation based on actual process execution.

- Analyze healthcare claims workflows, including EDI 837/835, eligibility verification, prior authorization, claims submission, adjudication, remittance, denials, and appeals.
- Investigate payer-provider interaction points and determine root causes of denials, delays, rework, errors, and manual intervention.
- Quantify transaction volumes, cycle times, error rates, rework, and manual effort to support ROI calculations and automation business cases.

- Translate process and task mining findings into structured automation opportunities,



including scope, effort estimates, expected benefits, and ROI projections.
- Develop Process Definition Documents and solution-design inputs for RPA development teams.
- Prioritize automation opportunities based on transaction volume, complexity, compliance risk, and business value.

- Partner with RPA developers and architects throughout process discovery, solution design, development, and implementation.
- Facilitate workshops with claims SMEs, billing teams, payer relations, clinical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Present process mining findings, dashboards, recommendations, and automation business cases to business and technology stakeholders.

- Support future-state process design, change management, and broader process transformation initiatives.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in business or process analysis, including at least 2 years focused on healthcare claims operations.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Process Mining and/or Task Mining, or equivalent platforms such as Celonis, Minit, or Fluxicon Disco.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare claims lifecycle, including EDI 837/835, eligibility, prior authorization, adjudication, denials, remittance, and appeals.
- Experience working with healthcare claims platforms such as Epic, Facets, TriZetto, Availity, or Change Healthcare.

- Experience with process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to analyze event-log and process data and develop ROI models and business cases.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and PHI handling requirements.

- Experience with RPA platforms, preferably UiPath, and a solid understanding of the automation development lifecycle.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into practical process improvements and technology-enabled solutions.

- Experience collaborating effectively with both healthcare operations and IT stakeholders.
- Preferred: UiPath Process Mining or Task Mining certification.
- Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement experience or certification.

- Preferred: SQL experience for event-log extraction and data preparation.
- Preferred: Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Preferred: Exposure to AI/ML-enabled process mining, including anomaly detection or predictive conformance.

- Preferred: PMP or Agile certification.
