Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tamil AI Video Editor role based in Puducherry, India. The Tamil AI Video Editor will create, edit, and refine video content in Tamil for mobile and digital platforms, using AI-assisted tools and traditional editing techniques. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, adding Tamil text overlays and subtitles, and ensuring brand-consistent visual style.

The role also involves basic motion graphics, color correction and grading, and collaborating with content creators, product teams,



and designers to deliver engaging video assets. The editor will continuously optimize videos for different channels, manage media assets, and maintain organized project files and timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong video production and video editing skills, including assembling footage, cutting, sequencing, and exporting for multiple platforms.
- Hands-on experience with video color grading and basic graphics to ensure consistent and high-quality visual output.
- Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and on-screen graphics that enhance storytelling and brand identity.
- Fluency in spoken and written Tamil, with the ability to edit Tamil-language content, subtitles, and on-screen text accurately.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar), and openness to working with AI-based editing tools.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in office in Puducherry, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in digital content creation, social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.), or mobile-first video production is a plus.
