Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tamil/Telugu/ Hindi - Process Trainer / Team Leader to manage, train and support BPO employees. The candidate should have strong communication, team-handling and training skills with good knowledge of BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Process Trainer:

- Conduct induction, process and product training for new joiners.
- Provide training in Tamil/Telugu and Hindi .
- Conduct refresher training, mock calls and role plays.
- Identify knowledge gaps and provide coaching.
- Conduct assessments and maintain training records.
- Support trainees during nesting and production transition.
- Coordinate with Operations and QA teams to improve performance.

As a Team Leader:

- Manage and supervise a team of BPO agents.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, attendance and adherence.
- Achieve team targets and process KPIs.
- Conduct daily huddles and regular performance reviews.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer/process-related issues.




- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports.
- Motivate the team and maintain discipline.
- Coordinate with Operations, QA and HR for smooth process functioning.

Required Skills
- Fluent in Tamil or Telugu with good English communication.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Positive knowledge of BPO operations and customer handling.
- Excellent training and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Eligibility
- Graduate preferred.
- 2–5 years of BPO experience.
- Experience as a Process Trainer / Team Leader / SME preferred.
- Voice process or customer support experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable handling both training and team-management responsibilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
