Key Skillsets • Employee Engagement • Employee Relations • Training, Learning & Development • Performance Management • Onboarding, Induction & Exits • Employer Branding Job Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processesfrom onboarding to offboarding—with a strong emphasis on enhancing employee experience and ensuring organizational compliance. • Demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, HR policies and practices, disciplinary procedures, grievance redressal, counseling, training and development, morale building, cultural alignment,



and quality management. • Foster effective employee relations by striking a balanced approach between employee advocacy and organizational well-being. • Champion an employee-first culture that promotes continuous improvement, learning, and high performance across all levels. • Oversee and execute joining formalities, including documentation, induction planning, and Day 1 onboarding to ensure a positive first impression. • Drive impactful employee branding initiatives through internal communication, social media engagement, and workplace culture campaigns that strengthen the employer value proposition. • Be an integral part of the People Engagement team, nurturing strong cross-functional relationships to ensure cohesive and smooth operations. • Proactively manage employee issues and grievances, conduct investigations, facilitate counseling sessions, and recommend appropriate corrective actions to ensure a healthy work environment. • Coordinate structured exit formalities, including exit interviews, clearances, and attrition analysis, to derive actionable insights for retention. • Regularly gather and analyze employee feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and revise programs to better align with employee expectations.
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct, data privacy, and information security guidelines, reinforcing a culture of compliance and responsibility.
- Plan, coordinate,



and evaluate training and development programs to build internal capabilities and future readiness.
- Lead and organize Town Hall sessions to strengthen communication between leadership and employees.
- Prepare and present HR dashboards and management reports with insights on retention, attrition, and workforce analytics to guide strategic decisions.
- Partner with people managers on goal setting, KRA finalization, and performance alignment initiatives.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced, high pressure environments.
- Provide strategic direction in talent management, succession planning, performance reviews, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Oversee the orientation process, ensuring new hires are fully integrated and supported from day one.
- Deliver comprehensive employee performance analytics, translating data into meaningful actions for continuous growth.
- Act as a change agent, advocating for new tools, technologies, and practices while ensuring smooth adoption and execution.
- Take ownership of employee engagement initiatives, including company events, team building activities, and recognition programs.
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of employee records, reinforcing a strong foundation for people operations.
- Committed to improving employee satisfaction and workplace morale through purposeful programs and a people-centric approach. Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources from premium college
- 1-4 years of prior Human Resources / People Engagement experience Required Skills • Problem Solving and strong Decision Making • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Ability to architect and drive change • Ability to lead in a global, matrix environment
