Role Description The Talent Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with digital creators, including overseeing contracts, negotiations, and day-to-day communications.

The Talent

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align talent with brand campaigns, coordinate deliverables, and ensure timely execution of commitments. Daily responsibilities include identifying new talent opportunities, analyzing performance metrics, providing strategic guidance to talent on content and branding, and resolving operational issues.



The role also includes maintaining accurate records, preparing reports for clients and leadership, and staying updated on industry trends and platform dynamics.

Qualifications

- Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or artist management, with strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in campaign coordination and project management, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and managing multiple collaborations simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze social media performance, interpret data, and use insights to inform talent strategy and brand alignment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and client servicing teams.
- Familiarity with major social and digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and understanding of creator economy dynamics.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced, culture-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in agencies, entertainment, media, or brand partnerships is an advantage.
