We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Talent Hunting Executives who can identify, attract, engage, and build a strong pipeline of quality candidates for different job requirements.
Job SummaryThe Talent Hunting Executive will be responsible for finding and connecting with potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
The role is primarily focused on candidate hunting and talent acquisition, with strong emphasis on building an active candidate database, screening profiles, maintaining candidate engagement, and delivering relevant candidates against client requirements.
The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with candidates, comfortable with high-volume sourcing, excellent at follow-ups, and capable of working with recruitment targets.

- Search for suitable candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, social media, databases, and other recruitment platforms.
- Identify both active and passive candidates.
- Build candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Search candidates according to skills, experience, location, salary, industry, and job profile.
- Maintain a continuous database of relevant candidates.

Candidate
Engagement
- Contact potential candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Explain job opportunities clearly to candidates.
- Understand candidate career preferences and availability.
- Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates.
- Keep candidates engaged until the interview and joining stage.
3.
Resume
Screening
- Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic screening.
- Verify experience, qualification, salary expectations, notice period, location, and other relevant information.
- Shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation.
4.
Candidate Database
Management
- Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM/ATS.
- Categorize candidates based on skills, experience, industry, and location.
- Regularly update candidate profiles.
- Remove duplicate or irrelevant profiles.
- Maintain an active and usable candidate database.
5.
Recruitment
Coordination
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Share candidate profiles with recruitment managers or clients.
- Follow up regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Communicate selection and rejection status professionally.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
6.
Bulk Talent
Hunting
- Work on multiple job requirements simultaneously.
- Handle high-volume candidate sourcing campaigns.
- Build candidate pipelines for frequently required positions.
- Support mass hiring and recruitment drives.
7.
Candidate Relationship
Management
- Build long-term relationships with candidates.
- Maintain a network of candidates for future opportunities.
- Encourage candidates to refer other suitable professionals.
- Maintain regular communication with high-potential candidates.
8. Recruitment MIS & • Reporting
- Maintain daily sourcing and calling reports.
- Track profiles sourced, candidates contacted, shortlisted, interviewed, selected, and joined.
- Submit Daily Activity Reports.
- Maintain recruitment pipeline reports.
- Update CRM/ATS regularly.
9. Digital & • AI-Based Talent Hunting
- Use AI tools to improve candidate sourcing and screening efficiency.
- Utilize ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI tools for recruitment productivity.
- Explore new digital platforms and sourcing methods.
- Use Boolean search and advanced search techniques where applicable.
10. Employer & • Client Requirement Understanding
- Understand job descriptions and client requirements properly.
- Clarify candidate eligibility criteria before sourcing.
- Identify the difference between mandatory and preferred requirements.
- Ensure only relevant candidates are presented.

Requirements & • Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Psychology, or related fields will be preferred.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, telecalling, customer interaction, sales, or candidate sourcing.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and confidence may apply.
- Experience with recruitment portals will be an advantage.
