Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Design and deliver training programs, assessment centers, and coaching sessions to enhance skills of employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key competencies, develop competency maps, and create succession plans for critical roles.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of excellence.
Job Requirements :
- 5-18 years of experience in Talent Management or related field (e.g., HR).
- Solid understanding of culture building, organizational development, OD interventions, succession planning, competency mapping, assessment center methodologies.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering high-impact learning initiatives that drive business results.
