Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment and end-to-end talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and joining closure.

The candidate should be comfortable hiring for core technical, specialized, and niche IT positions and should have a strong understanding of technology skills and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer release and candidate joining.
- Handle recruitment for technical, specialized, and niche IT positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, experience, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical and functional requirements.
- Identify and build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-find technology skills.
- Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview processes.
- Maintain regular communication and engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback collection, salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining coordination.




- Drive recruitment closures within defined timelines while maintaining candidate quality and experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, ATS/MIS data, and hiring reports.
- Track open positions, interview status, selections, offers, and expected joiners.
- Develop and maintain a professional network of IT candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
- Support recruitment reporting, analytics, and improvement of sourcing strategies.

Preferred Technical Hiring Exposure Candidates with experience hiring for technologies such as Python, Java, .NET, React.js, Node.js, PHP, Angular, DevOps, AWS, AI/ML, Data Engineering, QA Automation, UI/UX, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other specialized IT skills will be preferred.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.




- Hands-on experience in technical recruitment is preferred.
- Good understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and technical skill requirements.
- Strong candidate screening and sourcing capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Result-oriented approach with a focus on recruitment closure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven recruitment environment.
