TheClearHire is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage end-to-end recruitment while building strong client relationships .

What You'll Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client requirements
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn & other channels
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers & closures
- Manage client communication and understand hiring requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive hiring TAT, closures and candidate experience
- Identify opportunities for repeat mandates and account growth

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Agency / Consultancy / RPO experience preferred
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Positive communication, negotiation & client-handling abilities
- Target-driven and comfortable managing multiple requirements
