Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for our retail stores, with a primary focus on hiring retail store staff and supporting the on boarding process.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail store staff.

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and cold calling.

 Coordinate with hiring agencies and consultants for retail manpower requirements.

 Coordinate with Hiring Managers/Business Teams for vacancy requirements and interview schedules.

 Prepare and publish job postings across relevant platforms.





 Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

 Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.

 Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

 Coordinate the pre-joining and onboarding process.

 Manage Background Verification (BGV) process and follow up for closure.

 Coordinate and support employee induction for recent joiners.

 Ensure all joining documents and recruitment records are properly maintained.

 Ensure adherence to recruitment and onboarding processes and timelines.

 Prepare regular recruitment MIS and status reports.

Required Skills

 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

 Retail recruitment experience is preferred.

 Good sourcing, screening, and cold-calling skills.
