We're Hiring: HR Executive (Talent Acquisition + Culture)

About Us The Brand Brew is a content-first creative agency working with 100+ brands across D2C, F&B;, hospitality, lifestyle, and tech. We're a team of 20 and growing fast, which means the person who finds and keeps our talent is one of the most important hires we'll make this year.

This is not a generalist HR desk job. Talent acquisition is the core of this role. You'll be the person who fills our creative bench, and in an agency, the quality of the bench is the business.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition (your primary job)

- Own hiring end-to-end: writing JDs, sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating with founders, closing offers
- Recruit for creative roles: copywriters, designers, editors, strategists, account managers
- Build and maintain a live pipeline of talent so we're never hiring from zero
- Screen portfolios and applications with a sharp eye. You should be able to tell genuine creative work from AI-generated filler, and a strong candidate from a well-packaged average one
- Run structured first-round screens and pass only quality candidates up the chain

Culture

- Plan and run culture activities, offsites, celebrations, and rituals that a 20-person creative team actually enjoys
- Own onboarding so new hires are productive and settled fast
- Be the first point of contact for team concerns and keep a pulse on morale

Policies and Operations

- Build and maintain HR policies: leave, attendance, appraisals, exit processes
- Keep documentation, contracts, and employee records clean and current




- Support payroll coordination and compliance basics

Who You Are

- Mandatory: 1 to 3 years of talent acquisition experience in an agency setup (creative, digital, advertising, or media). You understand agency roles, agency pace, and agency talent. Corporate-only HR backgrounds will not translate here
- A strong judge of people and work. You can look at a portfolio or a writing sample and form a real opinion on quality
- Sharp enough to spot AI-generated applications, inflated portfolios, and copy-paste cover letters at a glance
- Organised and quick. You can run multiple open roles at once without dropping candidates
- Warm and people-first, but with high standards. Culture builder, not just event planner

Must-Have Skills

- Proven creative-agency recruitment experience (this is non-negotiable)
- Strong screening and interviewing ability
- Fluency with hiring platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instagram-led hiring, referrals
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Basic HR operations knowledge: policies, documentation, appraisal cycles

Bonus Points

- Experience hiring specifically for copy, design, or video roles
- Having built HR processes from scratch at a small or growing company
- Familiarity with HRMS tools
- A network of creative talent you can actually tap
