Key Responsibilities

- Own recruitment lifecycle for critical SaaS roles including Product Engineering, Sales, and go-to-market functions; maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring timelines.
- Drive data-driven recruitment strategies by tracking and optimizing key metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, retention at 6/12 months) to improve efficiency.
- Execute advanced technical sourcing using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities to identify passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Scale talent acquisition across geographies with expertise in recruiting for distributed, global teams; understand compensation benchmarks across India and overseas markets (US, EU, APAC).




- Partner with hiring managers for clear requirements gathering technical skills, team fit criteria, and growth expectations; translate business needs into compelling job descriptions.
- Manage recruitment technology stack (ATS, screening tools, scheduling platforms); implement automation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve candidate experience.
- Build and maintain employer brand by positioning Ramco as a top employer in the SaaS industry through thought leadership, campus partnerships, and community engagement.
- Conduct behavioral and culture-fit assessments using structured interviews and tools; maintain a consistent, unbiased evaluation process aligned with Ramco values.
- Ensure swift onboarding coordination bridging recruitment and HR; track current-hire feedback to refine recruitment processes and identify improvement areas.
- Maintain compliance and documentation adhering to local labor laws, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and Ramco hiring policies; manage candidate data securely.
- Analyze competitive hiring landscape monitoring salary trends, competitor hiring activity, and emerging skill demands in SaaS to advise leadership on talent strategy.
- Mentor and guide recruitment support team fostering a data-driven recruitment culture and continuous improvement mindset.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience with a demonstrated focus on SaaS, technology, or high-growth companies.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, Workable, or equivalent)



and recruitment automation tools; ability to generate recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Advanced sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, database mining, and direct sourcing via technical communities and industry forums.
- Understanding of SaaS business model and tech roles (Engineers, Product Managers, Sales, Customer Success, Data roles); ability to communicate technical requirements with hiring managers.
- Excellence in stakeholder management juggling multiple hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams; strong written and verbal communication in professional settings.
- Data analytics mindset comfort with tracking KPIs, analyzing recruitment funnels, and iterating on sourcing strategies based on metrics.
- Knowledge of remote and distributed hiring experience recruiting talent across India and potentially overseas; familiarity with visa sponsorship and international hiring processes.
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or equivalent professional recruitment certification (CIPHR, PHR, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools (resume screening, candidate matching, predictive analytics) and adoption of automation in hiring processes.
- Track record of reducing time-to-hire by 30%+ or improving quality-of-hire through process optimization or innovative sourcing channels.
- Recruiting experience for global SaaS companies with multi-country operations, international payroll, and complex hiring workflows.
- Familiarity with engineering talent markets (knowledge of competitive compensation in tech, understanding of engineering hiring bottlenecks, campus recruitment experience).
- Active involvement in recruitment communities or thought leadership on recruitment; membership in HR or talent acquisition professional bodies.
