We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and bring the right people into Reboot.

This isn’t a role where you simply manage job postings and calendars. We’re looking for someone who can understand what a team actually needs, identify good talent, communicate clearly with candidates, and keep the hiring process moving without unnecessary layers.

What you’ll work on

- Source and identify talent across art, production and business roles
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups and hiring pipelines
- Work closely with managers to understand role requirements
- Support compensation discussions, offers and joining coordination
- Maintain a clean and reliable candidate database / recruitment tracker
- Build long-term talent pipelines for recurring and specialist positions




- Make sure candidates have a clear and professional experience throughout the process

What we’re looking for

- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Solid sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
- Good written and verbal communication
- Comfortable speaking with candidates across different seniority levels
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple open positions without losing visibility
- Experience hiring for gaming, VFX, animation, technology or creative roles is a strong plus
