Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions across multiple business units.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Day-to-day activities include managing job postings, maintaining talent pipelines, supporting employer branding initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and keeping recruitment data and documentation accurate and up to date.



The role also involves continuous improvement of hiring processes and collaboration with leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Prefer 3-4 years of experience in Campus placement.
- Candidate can expect 5.5LPA-6LPA.
- Candidates should possess robust Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent.
- Candidates should possess experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to assess candidates objectively and support fair selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding, helping to promote the organization’s values and career opportunities to potential applicants.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling multiple requisitions and maintaining accurate records.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a similar discipline is beneficial.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and current hiring best practices will be an advantage.
