Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions.

The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create and post job descriptions, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for multiple functions. Daily tasks include managing recruitment tools and databases, scheduling and facilitating interviews, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, adhering to hiring policies, and providing regular updates and reports to leadership.

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle from sourcing to on-boarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions across multiple job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, Monster, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.




- Schedule interviews and maintain continuous communication with candidates.
- Negotiate salary, compensation, and joining timelines.
- Roll out offer letters and ensure smooth on-boarding.

Mass Hiring Responsibilities
- Drive bulk hiring campaigns for multiple business verticals.
- Plan and execute hiring drives, walk-ins, campus recruitment, and virtual hiring events.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume positions.
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for all open positions.
- Coordinate multiple interviews simultaneously while maintaining candidate experience.
- availability to handle the bulk hiring requirements and meeting the time lines

Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates.
- Build solid relationships with internal departments.
- Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Documentation & Compliance
- Verify candidate documents.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies.
- Manage employee on-boarding documentation.
- Update ATS/HRMS systems with accurate hiring information.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Expertise in sourcing through multiple recruitment channels.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is an added advantage.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment across multiple industries.
