Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our staffing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in non-IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, client coordination, and managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various industries.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and references.

Understand client hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.

Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with clients.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Manage offer coordination and candidate joining processes.

Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.





Coordinate with clients for feedback and hiring updates.

Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment / staffing industry.

Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.

Experience handling bulk hiring and niche non-IT requirements will be preferred.

Good knowledge of sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Background

Candidates from staffing, recruitment consultancy, RPO, or talent solutions companies preferred.

Experience hiring for domains like Sales, Operations, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, Corporate roles, etc.
