Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management. The role focuses on attracting qualified talent and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other talent channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.





- Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment systems.

- Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

- Schedule and facilitate recruitment activities and follow-ups.

- Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer brand representation.

- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring records.
