Collins Aerospace is looking for a Fixed Term Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract and hire exceptional talent across diverse functions.

Key Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

Experience in end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills

Experience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a quick-paced environment

Experience in corporate or manufacturing hiring is preferred

Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru

Work Mode: 5 days Work from Office
