What You'll Do

✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment for international clients

✅ Source candidates across multiple countries and geographies

✅ Build and manage international talent pipelines

✅ Screen, shortlist and coordinate candidates with overseas clients

✅ Manage interviews, offers, negotiations and closures

✅ Work across different time zones and international markets

✅ Develop strong candidate and client relationships

✅ Support international recruitment mandates and business development

✅ Drive successful closures and revenue generation





? International Hiring Exposure

Experience hiring for GCC, Europe, USA/Canada, Africa, Southeast Asia will be an added advantage.

? What We're Looking For

- 2–7 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- International recruitment experience is strongly preferred
- Experience hiring across multiple countries
- Experience with commission-based recruitment will be an advantage
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and commercially driven approach
- Comfortable working with international clients and different time zones
