Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end and high-volume recruitment while supporting key HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage mass hiring and multiple recruitment requirements.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Support offer, onboarding, and employer branding activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience in mass/high-volume hiring.
- Solid communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of the digital/media ecosystem is preferred.
