About the Role

Alfanar Projects is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of relevant experience in engineering recruitment, preferably within Substation, Transmission, Infrastructure, EPC, or similar engineering projects.

The candidate will independently manage end-to-end recruitment activities while working closely with stakeholders based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong stakeholder management, recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and project-related positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle recruitment for Substation, Transmission, Infrastructure, and EPC projects across various levels and functions.
- Independently manage assigned recruitment requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Work closely with Riyadh-based stakeholders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and maintain a solid talent pipeline through direct sourcing, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment requirements as per business needs.
- Handle recruitment campaigns, including mass hiring and project-based recruitment drives, from planning through execution.
- Coordinate and manage recruitment vendors/consultants, ensuring quality, turnaround time, and adherence to agreed hiring requirements.
- Screen and assess candidates against technical, functional, and behavioral requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, selections, offer management,



and pre-employment documentation.
- Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with agreed manpower plans, hiring timelines, and business priorities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline status, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruitment initiatives and other Talent Acquisition activities as required by the business.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably within Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, Substation, Transmission, Power, or related industries.
- Strong experience in engineering recruitment with exposure to project-based hiring.
- Must have experience in handling both Blue-Collar and White-Collar recruitment.
- Prior experience in recruiting for Substation, Transmission, Infrastructure, Power, or EPC projects will be highly preferred.
- Proven experience in independently managing recruitment assignments and working with minimal supervision.
- Experience in managing recruitment vendors/consultants, including vendor coordination, performance monitoring, and candidate quality management.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing recruitment campaigns/mass hiring drives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with senior stakeholders and hiring managers based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and project-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS, recruitment portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Excel, and recruitment MIS/reporting will be an advantage.
