Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions for various roles within Bhoomi Agro Industries. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing job descriptions, posting roles on relevant platforms,



and maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and reports. The role also involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, promoting the company’s employer brand, and ensuring a fair, inclusive, and compliant hiring process.

The specialist will collaborate closely with HR and leadership teams to support onboarding and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Hiring skills to assess fit and support timely, high-quality hiring decisions.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding to attract and engage potential talent in the agricultural manufacturing sector.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR within manufacturing, engineering, or agro industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and basic employment legislation is an advantage.
